Internet Services: CSS (Configuration Support Services)

The CSS Menu, provided to the enterprise customers by the CSS™ Partner companies, includes web services, connection services, server offerings (UCDS™, USS™, and UMS™), and customization of SOFTIA™. Specialized application enabling software services including archiving and messaging are extended through UCDS™ (UNIQA Central Database Server). The CSS Menu can further include remote diagnostics, extended warranty, UNIQA call center support, and UNIQA web site services. The CSS Partner company has the primary responsibility of implementing UNIQA defined CSS Menu.

Hardware Design Service

UNIQA's Hardware Design Service includes providing Hardware Partner companies and OEMs EdenBox™ Internet appliance specifications, schematics, bills of material, netlists, and all production related documentation. Hardware Partners manufacture production-level hardware compatible with EdenBox™ Internet appliance.
